CANINE EXPO runs three Championship shows, one Open Show and our
Gala event, "Battle of the Greats" and "Contest of the Rising Stars" every year
during the month of August, the weekend following the DARWIN ROYAL.
Our weekend is considered to be the highlight of the dog showing calendar in Darwin, Northern
Territory, Australia.

The format for the weekend in 2004, is as follows:
Friday 30th July:
"Battle of the Greats" and "Contest of the Rising Stars"
(local dogs only and subject to qualifying conditions).
To be held at FOOTBALL PARK, MARRARA.
You are welcome to join us at our Gala evening dinner at KANTILLA'S restaurant, entry by ticket only.
Saturday 31st July
Two CHAMPIONSHIP SHOWS to be judged by
Ms Edna Gonzalez from Mexico and Mr Percy Green from South Africa.
Sunday 1st August
CHAMPIONSHIP SHOW to be judged by Mr Mario Magsaysay from the Philippines and
an Open Show to be judged by local Judges.
